Another aging tenements that characterize the development towns of early Israeli settlement. For us, it’s a design challenge. Rewriting the local plan will allow us to re-design the entire space without having to relocate the existing tenants.
The project includes expansion / redistribution of existing dwellings and building supplement existing side.
